One of the most satisfying things about helping businesses launch in the UK market, is seeing the seed of an idea grow, especially ones with heart and a definite ethos – products that contribute to a wider purpose.
Just as the office was humming with intentions for the new year, early 2019 saw an introduction to CGD London (Career Girl Daily), a very exciting brand, boasting beautiful motivational stationary.
CGD London envisioned a range of products that would inspire women to achieve personal and professional goals, and to ultimately pursue their dreams. Made from vegan leather and embossed with sassy, motivational slogans, CGD’s journals are adored by millennials, but not exclusively. After all, they are perfect for any busy woman.
They asked us to help them find a route into high-end retail in the UK and since then we have facilitated buyers meetings with both Ocado and Harrod’s. Both of which are now carrying the CGD London 2019 range.
We are pleased to say they are doing extremely well and are now dipping a toe into the American market.
There are more products with conscience on the horizon for New Channel. We can’t wait to start working with Thistle, a small batch natural cosmetics company, that uses natural, ethical ingredients and completely recyclable and biodegradable packaging.
